Response to Scottish Government Consultation on Review of Court Fees

Joint Friends of the Earth Scotland and Environmental Law Centre Scotland response to the Scottish Government Consultation on a Review of Fees Charged by the Court of Session. The Government’s policy of full cost recovery in court fees will have a detrimental impact on access to justice, and a particularly bad effect on the cost of taking an environmental judical review case at the Court of Session.
