Gracie Bradley departs as Director

We’re sorry to announce our Director, Gracie Bradley, is leaving Friends of the Earth Scotland. 

Gracie worked closely with the staff, board and members throughout 2023 to develop a new organisational strategy through.  We are grateful for this important work which has helped ensure that Friends of the Earth Scotland has a clear campaigning direction and is in a good place looking to the future.  

Our staff team will continue to work hard to implement this strategy and address the root causes of the intersecting and escalating crises being faced by people both in Scotland and on the front lines of climate breakdown.  

Florence Garabedian, currently COO, will move into the role of interim CEO throughout the recruitment of a new Director. 

We thank Gracie for her insight, expertise and her desire to build a fairer world. We wish her well for the future.
