Parliamentary Briefing: Environmental Rights

Our briefing to MSPs ahead of a Scottish Parliament debate on 19 September 2017 entitled Dignity, Equality and Human Rights for All. Scotland has just been found in breach of our duty under the United Nations’ Aarhus Convention to ensure access to environmental justice, and FoES calls for a comprehensive review of the Scottish legal system to identify what improvements are needed to ensure our environmental rights.
