Friends of the Earth Scotland Strategy 2024-2026

This is the organisational strategy for Friends of the Earth Scotland for the 2024 – 2026 time period.

It defines our organisational vision, key values and strategic aims for the coming years along with a theory of change and key work areas.

It is based on thorough analysis and movement-mapping conducted with the benefit of the wisdom of FoES staff, Board, membership, and external partners.

It is an emergent strategy, recognising that the context in which it has been drafted will not remain static – indeed, the one reliable operating trend over the last few years for NGOs has been increasing unpredictability and instability in the external context.
