CAJE response to Scottish Government Consultation on Protective Expense Orders

Coalition for Access to Justice for the Environment (CAJE) response to Scottish Government Consultatoin on Rules of Court for Protective Expenses Orders in legal challenges to certain environmental decisions, supported by CAJE members represented in Scotland, including WWF Scotland, Friends of the Earth Scotland, The RSPB Scotland and the Environmental Law Foundation.
