Response to Scottish Government Consultation on Protective Expense Orders

Joint Friends of the Earth Scotland and Environmental Law Centre Scotland response to the Scottish Government Consultation on Rules of Court for Protective Expenses Orders in legal challenges to certain environmental decisions. Protective Expense Orders are a tool which can help increase access to justice in environmental cases by capping an individuals liability for the other side’s costs should they lose the case.
