Submission to Review of the Scottish Fuel Poverty Statement
This paper was submitted in response to an invitiation to comment on the Scottish Fuel Poverty Statement as part of the current review, and in particular to comment on the draft action plan. It covers points where Friends of the Earth Scotland have a particular interest, including setting and monitoring targets.
