The North East is on the front line of climate change, with the dominant but declining oil and gas industry affecting communities across the region.

Our dedicated team across North East Scotland has been working towards a real just transition for people and communities. By building a movement for climate and social justice and bringing together other activists and organisation in the region, we can build a better Scotland for everyone. 

This work culminated in the opening of our first office outside of Edinburgh in early 2026, shared with Living Rent, Scotland’s housing and community union, at 100 Crown Street, Aberdeen AB11 6HJ.
