Friends of the Earth Scotland recommends four actions the Scottish Government could take right now to tackle the crisis: a Low Emission Zone in every city in Scotland, investing 10% of the transport budget into walking and cycling, giving councils more power to improve bus services, and making 20mph the default speed limit in built-up areas.
