Meet your MSP: Bring the world to your MSP’s doorstep
The Scottish Parliament will soon begin work on a new Climate Change Bill, and it has the potential to be an inspirational example to the world or a wasted opportunity.
On the International Days of Action, Friends of the Earth Scotland activists like you will be meeting their local MSPs to ask them to stand up for a strong and ambitious Climate Bill. People holding politicians to account is the lifeblood of democracy, and one of the most powerful things you can do to achieve policies and laws that protect our future.
Even if you have never spoken to a politician before, Friends of the Earth Scotland can support you every step of the way. We will provide you with everything you need to make the meeting a success – including testimonies from people all around the world affected by climate change and some great props so you can snap some pics of your with your MSP or outside their office.

Stalls & Petition: Take the campaign to your local community

The world is warming, there is no doubt. But our politicians don’t seem to be taking notice. To mark the International Days of Action, Friends of the Earth Scotland will be outside Scottish Government offices to make sure that Ministers feel the heat on climate change and know that the eyes of the world are on them to take action. Join us!
